LOCATION: Calle Aribau, Eixample, Barcelona, Spain.

DESCRIPTION: Comprehensive renovation of a historic apartment in Barcelona’s Eixample district, located within an early 1900s Catalan Modernism building. Developed for Prime Flats Barcelona, the project seeks a refined balance between architectural heritage and contemporary sophistication.

The design maximizes natural light through an open-plan layout while carefully restoring and enhancing original architectural features and period details, preserving the identity of the property within one of Barcelona’s most emblematic neighborhoods.

SPACE delivered high-end architectural visualization services to articulate the dialogue between historic Modernist character and contemporary urban living.
