3D render of a dining room design – photorealistic architectural visualization by Space Viz

Casa Malpica

Main living room with modular sofa and connected dining area.

CLIENT: PRIVATE CLIENT.

LOCATION: Hamburg, Germany.

DESCRIPTION:  High-end residential renovation in Hamburg, Germany, developed for a private client and inspired by Scandinavian and Mid-Century Modern design principles. The project features a double-height living space with exposed wooden beams and a strong indoor–outdoor connection achieved through expansive glazed façades opening onto a private patio.

A refined neutral palette of grey and white, combined with medium-toned wood and dark blue accents, enhances the architectural clarity of the space.

SPACE delivered photorealistic architectural visualization services to capture the materiality, spatial atmosphere, and design intent of the project, translating its contemporary character into compelling visual narratives.
