DESCRIPTION: Large-scale multifamily residential development in Worcester, Massachusetts, comprising 364 units within a five-story building for private equity real estate firm Boston Andes Capital. The project is organized around a 3,000 m² central courtyard conceived as a social and recreational hub, complemented by 1,200 m² of indoor amenities including co-working spaces, fitness areas, and a private theatre.
SPACE delivered high-end architectural visualization services for the U.S. multifamily sector, articulating the project’s community-driven concept and amenity-focused living experience to support its institutional presentation and investment positioning.
