DESCRIPTION: Mid-scale multifamily residential development in East Boston, Massachusetts, developed in collaboration with a private equity real estate firm. The five-story building comprises 94 apartments and is constructed using a modular timber system over a concrete and steel podium, combining sustainability with structural efficiency.
Located near parks and coastal areas, the project emphasizes urban connectivity and lifestyle-oriented living within one of Boston’s emerging residential neighborhoods.
